Please fill out the Interest Form on the New Enrollment for the location you are interested enrolling your child in. We do have a waiting list for most classrooms in each location. Once the diretor reviews your interest form and determines you are the next person on the waiting list and we have an opening they will then contact you to set up a tour. We encourage tours to schedule between 10:00am-12 noon

When it comes time to begin the search for a daycare for your little one, it can seem like a daunting task. There are many options when it comes to daycare facilities, and it can be quite overwhelming. As a parent, you want what is best for your child, but also a place where you—as the parent—feel welcomed and at home as well. At Best Buddies Learning Center, we encourage you to consider taking a tour of our facility so that we may give you a glimpse of our family- and child-friendly environment.

Here at Best Buddies, we create a partnership with our families in order to develop a plan to meet the needs of each individual child. We know that each child learns, grows, and develops independently, and therefore, we encourage your child to master the skills they already have before moving on and learning new skills—it is about quality, not quantity. Various studies have shown that having a child master existing skills before learning new ones, strengthens their muscles and minds so they are able to successfully move on to the next milestone when they are ready.

In order to ensure your child is Kindergarten ready, we use the Creative Curriculum model school-wide from our Infant classroom all the way up to our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Our curriculum emphasizes the importance of children building healthy attachments and trust with their teachers in order to provide the children with the comfort they need to freely explore their interests in a safe environment. By doing this, it enables the children to gain the skills needed to succeed in school as well as their everyday lives.

In addition to enriching students learning through our curriculum, at Best Buddies we conduct ongoing developmental screenings by using the program, “Ages & Stages.” From the results of this screening tool, we are able to determine how to alter our teaching styles and methods to meet the needs of the children. We also share the results with the parents at their bi-annual parent-teacher conferences held in the Spring and Fall each year. The results can also be shared with parents sooner, if needed or requested.

At Best Buddies Learning Center, your child will participate in a carefully-constructed daily schedule special to their classroom age-group that incorporates developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day, such as:
